Well, hello! I’m Valerie Jones, certified Christian Life Coach, Mental Health Coach, and ministry leader. I've served as an executive leader of a mental health nonprofit, educator, and pastoral staff member, and I know what it's like to lead while carrying the weight of responsibility and self-doubt.
